Great ladies up front (they earn my three stars) and very well stocked with good variety and competitive pricing on many items. I have had issues with one or two pharmacists (fill-in’s I think, as I haven’t seen the same people there twice), with one sceptically questioning my request, accompanied by a prescription, for an over-the-counter medication for my young daughter that I was told by a doctor to get. After this, I stopped going to this pharmacy, so am unable to elaborate on regular pharmacists.

I am currently undergoing treatment that means I have to continue isolation long after Victoria relaxed covid restrictions. Terry White staff have been very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We really appreciate their support.

Terry White Mt Eliza… just keep dropping the ball. Latest stuff up was for flu shot bookings. You talk to three different staff and you get three different sets of instructions.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went 3 times to get a stat Dec signed. Denied every time. The stat Dec is so that I can work for the NDIS to assist people and families. But the Pharmacists here think they are above taking literally one minute to sign a stat Dec. So disgusting and disgraceful that they think that stat decs are not as important as other things. Revolting service.

Toni's review is a little harsh. I have much respect for her other reviews Ive seen, but I'd have to disagree on this one. The staff and pharmacist's have always been the friendliest Ive known in the 4 years I've lived in Mt Eliza. Go here.
