Good face to face customer service when taking your money upfront that's where it stops. Arranged a delivery time and waited. Called an hour after that to see where the load was, was told it was being loaded as we spoke. It's 25 mins from me to this business via freeway. 2 hours later than organised time the truck shows up. Decent amount of scoria through clean soil. Price is good but not for the hassle. 4/10
