Annie and her team are amazing. I love the care that is put in to her shop and she knows clients by name!Equipment is sterilized and great range of colours. I go there and get my ombre colours done because she does it right. I've tried all the stores in Coburg but this is the best. Their store is in Foley's Mall (So walk into the arcade) :)Thanks for such a great service!

My wife, who is sick, chose this nail salon because it had good reviews, she had some spare time between appointments so I took her here, and to say we were dissapointed is an understatement. I don't understand how this salon has good reviews or is let alone still open. My wife looked devastated as we walked out because it is such a rare oppurtunity for her. Upon contacting the owner, the owner initially dismissed her complaints, the owner eventually agreed to a refund (after we threatened to have the Ombudman investigate the complaint). TO THE OWNER: YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY, PEOPLE LOOK FORWARD TO GETTING THEIR NAILS DONE AND YOUR STAFF WERE AWFUL. Your shop is filthy and you should be embarassed. Really gorgeous nails and the staff are lovely too. They took me in with no appointment and attended to me right away with professionalism. The shop is clean and they do their best to keep it that way. Amazing SNS work on my nails.

Kim paid so much attention to my nails and perfected them. All the staff were very polite and attentive. Also still so reasonably priced, will definitely be back. Thanks girls

Great place with great work .. clean .. friendly staff ... I like it ..the manager Annie is super nice anf friendly and they do exactly as what you want .. you have to try it by ur self .. as many other shops not follow ur instructions and most are not nice ..but this one tgey are really good .. I ll make it my favourite one as they have special offers with good prices.. thanks Annie and thanks ladies ..

Just amazing! I love their work which is always meticulous. My SNS nails never chip and they stay shiny. Annie and the team are really professional.I can't recommend highly enough of this little shop in Foley's Mall.

Annie does an amazing job. I have been seeing here for over 3 years and I have never even disappointed.

I came for SNS and the salon was accommodating even though I didn’t have an appointment and they were quite busy. Decent service, not so impressive result and fair price however my cuticles were cut and bleeding in two places. I also wasn’t particularly impressed by the filing of my natural nails as they weren’t even.

When I told them I did not like the shape of the nails. the staff did not listen and ignore my request and just laughed about it on my face and start talking derogatory remarks in their own language. Very unprofessional and sad... the worst part is people just sit their and accept their behaviour ..... The staff needs to behave and listen to your customer......They can do betterAnne gave me discount on another service and next Time charged me more by saying she gave me discount last time lol... do they even understand the meaning of discount or special prices lol... I did not even ask her for any discount ... she gave it to me herself and then she took it back....hilarious lolResponse to Anne after her response on this review:First I thought I won't put another response but then I have read your previous reviews... So If any customer says you did not do a good job then you just reply saying, we cook up stories... Good job AnneAnne Own some responsibility and do not blame others... people who come to your salon can see you and your staff behaviour when they raise an issue... you guys start talking with each other in your own language and talk against them... what is the other reason of talking in ur language in front of a customer who does not understand ur language (very unprofessional and 1st rule of business talk in a language your customer understands) ...
