I cannot recommend Jennifer Kim and Vaucluse Piano School highly enough. Jennifer has been teaching both of my children for the last couple of years. Importantly, Jennifer teaches skills and concepts far beyond the technical skills of playing the piano. My children have learned to appreciate and put into practice the musicality and the feeling generated when playing a piece of music. The difference this has made to their playing – which they have been doing for years – has been transformational.Jennifer has encouraged my children to perform in eisteddfods. She has provided support exceeding my expectations in the lead-up to these events. Additionally, the Vaucluse Piano School class concerts are extraordinary and provide an invaluable opportunity for the students to perform in front of their peers and families.What sets Vaucluse Piano School apart is respect, discipline, care, encouragement, understanding and compassion for the students and their families. We feel like we’re part of the Vaucluse Piano School community.Bravo!

Jennifer, Max and all the teachers are wonderful!This is not an ordinary piano school. They understand how to connect to your children and teach them techniques. The teachers are not only warm, kind and caring, but get results that you wouldn’t even dream were possible. I feel so lucky to have found them for my son. You will understand exactly what I mean after you attend one of their concerts.

Vaucluse Piano School is the best place to learn music for all ages and levels. It's located in the beautiful Vaucluse area on the property that really makes you feel like home. Teachers are always friendly and helpful. I was teaching there for a few months and it was the best experience I've ever had!

Vaucluse piano school is located at the beautiful eastern Suburb. The management is very experienced with teaching skill and world performances level.Their special designed teaching process is amazing. Kids are learning music fast without practice hours. My daughter start learning piano three years ago with Vaucluse piano school. She has got offer full music scholarship from her school at her second year of piano study. This is a good place for young children to go for their music passion .

My 4 year old child is enrolled in their Music Prep class, with a view to beginning violin lessons in the future. She’s inspired each week she attends and enjoys herself tremendously. The teachers seem very connected to the children and are great at updating parents on their progress. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t be happier with Top Kidz! Very organised, very professional and what’s more, my son absolutely loves learning piano. We tried so many other places offering music tuition for kids over the years but my son hated them and didn’t want to ever learn a musical instrument again.Top Kidz has renewed his love of music and I’m so very thankful for sparking up his enthusiasm which was once non-existent.

My daughter has been having lessons there for 2 years now and she loves all the staff. They are so caring and treat her like she is their own child. Her piano skills have improved incredibly and the staff are so patient with her.

I found this school by their 5-star reviews on Google. I first tried to get in touch with the school in early 2022, after a few month, I received their response for a trial lesson. I was not impressed with the timeframe of their response, however, seeing the 5 star reviews, I decided to take the trial for my daughter's piano lesson at TopKidz Edgecliff.The initial trial class was amazing. Victoria was tutored by Ms Jennifer who is knowledgeable and knows what she was doing. My daughter enjoyed the trial class very much. We did not know that Ms Jennifer would not be teaching the subsequent classes. However, after making the payment, my daughter was scheduled with 2 different teachers for the 2 weekly sessions she enrolled. The new teachers are not as experienced as Ms Jennifer. Throughout the term, I find it very difficult to communicate with the administration staff when I have questions. The phone number is rarely answered, emails are not replied in a timely manner, when emails are replied they are often short and unclear. The school must be short-staffed. Due to my busy work I do not have time to keep contacting them so my concerns and questions are often left unanswered.I also feel that the school has been giving orders with little consideration for feedback (or even allowed me to provide feedback as it is hard to contact the school). Overall my impression is that the school is very proud of themselves and we should be grateful to be admitted. Overtime, my daughter's interest faded and she does not enjoy learning towards the end of term (particularly with 1 teacher) and we have to withdraw from the school.Based on my experience, I would recommend families with young children to find a reputable local teacher who are able to personally deliver classes to your children rather than getting different teachers. For someone aged around 4 yo, adopting different piano teachers may make it more difficult for them to learn. The class model here at Topkidz does not work on my daughter. Additionally I do not appreciate the arrogant nature and lack of response. So I will not be returning to this institute.

Vaucluse piano school is fantastic, especially the teacher, Ms Jennifer. She is a very professional piano teacher. My son started piano lessons with her only a few months ago and I can see the huge improvement, she not only teach the kids piano skills, also the the time management. After these piano lessons, my son is more serious about piano and understands more about hard work and being able to achieve goals

The company is pretty fast in making sure you to sign up your child even they have no a proper allocation for them. Just want to take your money and deal with you later. This is my experience last year. Since then they changed a company name. I wonder why?
