Great place to stay.Only issue is not enough on site parking

As you all know i look at the cleaning and i just found mold in the shower

Very disappointed with our overnight stay. King bed had an uncomfortable join in the middle and the mattress felt like a block of concrete.

A group of us recently stayed at this facility, rooms spacious and clean and staff are friendly, beds are comfy but I would suggest upgrade with your pillows, as they are a little flat and uncomfortable also curtains need some attention.A suggestion to management, the rooms that have a shower over the bath need a grip rail as it's very slippery and dangerous not just for us more senior people but also for the young ones it's a serious occupational health and safety issue.Unfortunately one of our group did slip and hurt herself.Sorry about the negative statement, besides this incident we did enjoy our stay.

Stayed only 1 night with friends. Our apartment was exactly what we wanted. It was clean and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Nice room but I find having to park 250m away in a nearby street because there are not enough car spaces for guests, is unacceptable!

A group of 4 of us stayed in 3 bedroom unit last night. Rooms were good. Supplies were good.May I suggest new pillows as they were very soft and flat in the second bedroom, like the $5 ones from Kmart. Also, we had no hot water at all to shower/bathe with this morning. Upon contacting reception I was advised that the sports team of 15 staying here had all showered at the same time and used all the hot water??? I've never stayed at a hotel where there was not instantaneous hot water, or a hotel where the hot water had run out. Upon reading some of the other reviews, this appears to be an issue that has happened more than once and has still not been rectified and that is simply not good enough. The room cost us $566 for the night and no compensation was offered for this major inconvenience to the four of us.

Very clean. Recruiting staff were friendly and accommodating. The price was very reasonable compared to other motels in the area. Best quest I have stayed in.

I've been here a couple of times because the wheelchair rooms are quite spacious and has a small kitchen area to cook, dining table and lounge, with separate bedroom and disabled bathroom. Plus a washing machine so very useful for my workers to help me with things. However, housekeeping staff could be better at their job even if they are friendly, polite and approachable. You may still have to ask them for things as they do their rounds. Oh, not to mention the smoking area provided could be better designed...

The front of house staff went above and beyond at my recent stay. They were able to accommodate my specific request at short notice even they they really didn't have to. Very friendly pleasurable to deal with. Location is great.
