Booked two vehicles in for major service, for 11.30 today no show at 12 so call the office to be told it has been moved to 1.30. Then a phone call later to say can’t make it today can we reschedule for next week. After taking time off work not happy. Ask to speak with the manager and told to email your complaint. Great business

Both mechanics I used where very reliable and knowledgeable. Very honest in there essesment on purchasing cars. Would highly recommend. That's why I went with the second car option and not the first.

Thanks Dan for taking care of our engine light issue, came earlier than expected and was thorough in diagnosing the issue.

The missus mum called out a tech for her car -The tech arrived and said that the car not starting was because her head gasket had a leak in it that was flooding one of the spark plugs and that is why it wouldn't start????? He charged $570 for that.Obviously the car did not start after he left.He said he will call her back soon - He never called back so she started calling him and he kept dodging the calls. Only after she turned her phone to no caller ID did he pick up.The tech now says it was her battery all along and it will cost her $125 to come back out to fix the battery.Also if you take a minute to go through some of the negative reviews you will see whoever is in charge of the google page leaving rather snarky and rude comments to some of the 1 star reviews. Would absolutely avoid this branch. I cannot speak for the other Auto King branches.

Auto King service mechanic show up on time and advised via txt of their arrival time and were very efficient in the service they provide while inspecting my vehicle for it's safety certificate.I would have not problem using Auto King again in the future or recommending them to friends.Thank you.

Keith from Auto King Caboolture came out and did a diagnostic on my vehicle and I highly recommend him. He was reliable, on-time and very professional. I will definitely get Keith back again for any future work I need doing on my vehicle and will certainly be recommending him to other people I know.

Highly highly recommended. Daniel had to do my transmission service after it had been done by someone else but pan was not glued in properly. Bit of a mess. Daniel was very very efficient. Thorough. He knows what he's talking about. Always explains everything he needs to do and how and why. Daniel also serviced my car a while back. So so reliable, honest ,on time, diligent. Daniel is what I call a true blue mechanic. Thankyou for coming to the rescue. Highly recommended

Serious culture issue with this business. Maybe due to poor leadership that runs down to the admin staffSeems to be a recurring issue.Business seems to have no accountability.With something as important as transport, I would be extremely cautious in putting my trust in this business.Cannot possibly recommend.Booked appointment for 12:30 - 13:00No one arrived. Called for an update. Was told the mechanic would call me. 3 hours later and still no call.

Booked Autoking in Caboolture for my box trailer. It failed where I was told by the mechanic how to fix it. After going to a trailer shop to get the part and installing it, I was told by the inspector that it was wrong, and stated the suspension on my trailer was different to the suspension on his Ute. He failed me a second time. After this I took my trailer to a trailer shop to ask how I could fix it. The trailer shop said the part I installed on my trailer was fitted correctly.Autoking was happy to take my money and take advantage of my lack of automotive knowledge.
