Shay helped me find my perfect wedding dress.She was wonderful, lovely, kind, helpful, calm and just amazing.I would recommend her, and Grace Loves Lace to any future bride.I went there with less than 3 months until my wedding, and had my dress arrive at my home 4 days later.I made a booking with less than 12 hours notice, there is no fee to try on dresses. They had my preferred dresses ready for me to try on. The process was relaxing, stress free and just perfect. I was nervous with such a short amount of time till my wedding, and Shay instantly made me feel like I was going to walk out of there with my perfect dress, and I did.Thank you, so much xx

I had the best experience at the Grace Loves Lace Melbourne showroom!! The showroom has excellent decor and vibes. Shelby got me settled with a mango tea as we discussed styles, sizes and measurements. The team made me feel extremely comfortable as they helped me into my top 4 choices. I was extremely pleased with the quality and the fit of the dresses, they are both elegant and comfortable, and impressed to hear that the veil I had selected was made from recycled ocean plastics. The team happily took photos and videos for me, which my family back in New Zealand were grateful to receive. Thanks to their expert advice and guidance, I happily chose the Nathalia dress for my big day, and couldn’t be more excited!

Grace loves lace is by far the most beautiful showroom and best customer experience I had trying on wedding dresses. Shelby and the team were so welcoming and caring throughout all my visits, and so patient when I was struggling decide! Grace dresses are so unique and so comfortable due to their stretchy fabrics and lack of boning/zips. I can’t wait to receive my GLL dress and dance in it on my wedding day!

This boutique is honestly just beautiful! The staff are so welcoming, really know their dresses and can understand and connect to their clients. I had the amazing Shae help me with my appointment and honestly she was just perfect! If there was something i didn’t like, there was no messing around, straight off! I honestly felt like a princess and found the most perfect dress for me! Shae you were so welcoming and warm from the get go! I had been to a few bridal store before Grace Loves Lace and you were by far the best with your customer service and really understanding with what i was after, i didn’t once feel uncomfortable or awkward. It was like i was there with my best friend. My appointment got emotional once i found THE dress and it’s a moment i will cherish forever thanks to you!
