It was very unprofessional with worker's yelling out to eat other from across the room and forgetting passwords to get into programs that i need to access. I eventually got what I wanted but all-round a weird experience .

Excellent service when I got into trouble when my key broke and car would not start. With three ladies in my car after a night Choir practice - non who had our membership numbers with us our Choir leader did and phoned on my behalf - she spoke to a lovely gentleman and told him the story and then past the phone to me = RACV arrived very shortly after and in about 10 minutes the problem was solved - thank you for your very quick response and we all got home safely. Thank you RACV.

Staff was incredibly kind and were happy to take the time to sit and go through my list of questions and updates.There is a weird machine you need to pop your name into when you arrive. I was a bit peeved at first because ... well ... I was the only customer there. But a quick query revealed that the staff also do phone stuff. So even though might not look busy, they still have other customers as well. So be a bit patient, they're not slacking off.
