I have been into this store twice in the last month. Both times the customer service has been commendable. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought some protein powder on my first visit, turned out I was intolerant to one of the ingredients - I took it back and was able to exchange it (even though I had opened it and used a couple of times) and get a product more suitable. I was even able to sample before I bought it. Thanks - you’ve won me as a repeat customer.

Got a good price with the 20% off today but i like how i spend $100 and other people spend less and the other staff member gives them free sample and shakers right beside me!! Piss poor effort made by the guy serving me! Just saying!

Salesperson wasn't telling the free items given when purchasing the products. And when I found out, he wasn't impress and was a bit unprofessional.he gave the attitude to my friend just because my friend asked him about it . I rather go to city one next time :(

Pathetic Service. Was at Adelaide Street Shop Today. Asked the guy to suggest me some good brands and he gave stale replies. Made the bill wrong. Charged me 60 dollars more than what I bought and when I came back to rectify that error, he behaved as if nothing has happened. Will never ever go there again. I'm yet to get my money back. Horrible Person.

Good selection but didn't feel welcoming. Had a very 'Bros' vibe. No greeting. No assistance. While already waiting at the counter to make my purchase, got pushed aside so that another more familiar customer could get served first. When served, demeanor of staff was cold. I guess no one owes it to you to be nice but the experience wasn't pleasant and I probably won't be back if I can help it.
