Unreliable

Engaged Laurence to install new points inside and outside our shed plus additional circuits in the board. He was initially good to deal with and was prompt with the quote, however that's when things went sideways.We don't live at the property, so I was relying on his word that he'd completed the job. He informed me the job was complete and sent the invoice which I paid immediately.Arrived at the property a week later to find that none of the work has been completed.He is now not answering his phone or emails. We have put him on notice that unless he returns our payment we will be taking legal action against him and the company.I'm a debt collector by trade - I will get my money back.Do not recommend.

Never turned up. Called for 2 seperate jobs. Said he'd be there but never came. Happened twice. Will never try and use this phoney again
