Dr Susan is an exceptional vet, very caring and someone who I trust with any of my animals (large, small and exotics). I have always received full attention, concern, and time from the staff on every visit. The surgery always takes the time to make both myself and my pets feel comfortable and welcome. Excellent place for anyone needing medical care for their pet.

Thankyou Dr Susan for taking our after hours call when our girl discovered she couldn't fly... and for assisting us to care for Mavis until we could get her into the clinic. Really lovely country vet. Very accommodating with our schedule and absolutely brilliant with our two Labrador babies. We went in for jabs and ear check and everything was professional and our labs were treated with love. Great Vet and Assistant. Highly recommend.

Terrific vet. I came in seeking paperwork for a cat I had recently taken ownership over who had previously been treated at this vet. Despite not being a paying customer the vet was super professional, attentive and provided the required documents. I appreciated his professionalism.

Dr Susan is an extremely caring vet who has a personal bond with all our fur babies. She always thoroughly explains what is going on and what our options are. Can highly recommended her.

Thank god for Susan! Her knowledge and expertise is second to none. But something that really makes her stand out is that she actually cares and will go out of her way to make sure not only the distressed animal is calm, but the distressed owner too. She is very thoughtful and goes above and beyond, even outside business hours. She saved my beautiful furbaby a year ago, and she is still with us today thanks to Susan, and we will be forever grateful. I think a lot of people get this vet confused with another one in town.

I have used Dr Susan on many occasions when in Mossman or that area, She is a great vet and her staff are great. As I live in Wollongong I quite often ring her for advice, which is not really the right thing to do but she is always happy to help where she can. I have read here a review about her professionalism being bad, There are two sides to a story, did this person like most leave it till the last minuet to take her cat to the vet and many people say they love there pet but at a price and if she is so disliked and has a bad rep, she should have no clients, she has been in Mossman for some time now and who in there right mind would build a new clinic with updated equipment if no one liked her. It is easy to go to a review page and bag someone out, Oh by the way the person who sent a claim to the board, it got thrown out. You may be upset your cat passed away but be careful, some one down here baged out a vet on line and got taken to court for slander and lost.I will always take my dog to her when we are up that way, he dont like vets much but she is great with him!

This vet missed the signs of lethargy, inappetance and vomiting in our dog and kept insisting it was the side effects of a medication she was on for another illness. Finally we took our dog to another vet who suggested straight away that it might be leptospirosis, and confirmed it with a test. By this stage our dog had severe liver failure. Absolutely devasted.
