What a nightmare!. We had to change our screens to metal screens to meet fire code requirements and to meet a development application deadline. Called out to house in Oct 2020. Several cancelled appointments later, finally made it out to measure. Forgot to measure something so had to come back again. Received quote of nearly $9,000, we paid 50% up front in good faith on the 14th December 2020. Rang every week after that asking when they would be installed. After months of stalling, cancelling appointments, making new ones only to not turn up and not even ring, saying he was ill, had no staff to help him and audibly groaning each time I announced who I was, we were finally advised the screens were made and ready to install, we offered him one of our staff to assist on the day to which he agreed. I followed this up in writing via a text message and saying that if they were not installed completely by this Friday, that I would have to report the business to Fair Trading. That's when I got a reply saying what are your bank account details so I can return your deposit, you can get someone else to do the job. Obviously the screens had not been made. Tread with caution if you are brave enough to deal with this company as they are extremely unprofessional.

After having a glass window smashed in a storm, I called Dubbo Glass & Window Centre. The very next business day, matey came out first thing in the morning to measure up, then had a brand newy installed within a few hours.
