I am absolutely flabbergasted at the service I received when ordering a custom uniform for my son. To start with, the staff were very helpful. I paid for my order up front and was told that it should be around 6 weeks with the possibility of earlier delivery depending on how busy they were. I did not receive the shirts until the end of term !! I had one phone call from them. Every time I called to follow up on an ETA I was told someone would call me back and they never did. This dragged on for months until I got to the stage I was so angry I just couldn't deal with them anymore so I sent my husband in. They told him that they had been calling my mobile but no answer. Then they told him they were actually calling the wrong number. My mobile number was printed on the invoice I received when I paid for my order back before school started so they had the right number in their system all along. The shorts came about half way through the second term and we never saw the bucket hat. We ended up getting a refund. The wait alone was bad enough but I understand that this is sometimes unavoidable. The service however is unacceptable.

Quality Teams have some good reviews, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Friendly service but very poor communication and no follow-up. I went out of my way to support the local business and paid in full, upfront, but they really let me down on such a simple order and after many weeks I had to request a refund.

The club had to go elsewhere for another plaque. Very disappointing.

Very slow. Picked up a shirt from an order made Almost a year earlier. I've actually left the place but thought I'd grab the shirt for anyone new coming through
