Adrian from Beds n Dreams in The Valley is the “Super King” sales assistant. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. Adrian & Anna the other brilliant sales assistant, focus diligently on exceeding their customer’s needs. Adrian was extremely helpful, highly customer focussed & very professional from the initial enquiry stage, through to purchase & final delivery. He has great product knowledge, a super friendly attitude & outstanding positivity. Adrian patiently listened to my bedding requirements & made a number of sensible solutions for me to choose from. We purchased two great gas strut storage beds, on sale - 40% off rrp.

Jacqui and Brendon were extremely patient, very helpful and lovely to deal with. We took up a lot of their time, but they didn't mind and treated us extremely well. We are very happy with our purchase and have received great value and an excellent customer service experience. Included was some excellent laughs and jokes, really enjoyed the experience. The team here was outstanding, we visited 6 different retail outlet brands and Beds N Dreams was by far the best experience. Well done Jacqui and Brandon and thank you!

Staff said the bed frame was solid wood. Less than 3 years after purchase I notice there’s a veneer on the frame that’s peeling off. Called the store and was told the bed is out of warranty and they can’t do anything. I feel like an idiot for trusting the staff when they said the frame was solid wood. It might be wood underneath but the thin veneer on the top is not going to withstand much use and the whole bed is going to look like rubbish pretty soon. Would not recommend and would never purchase from this business again.

They are still very helpful, awesome and deserve 5 star ⭐️ rating!I think their product is not long lasting or fit for practical purpose. It scores good on beauty but it seems the material used is not standard.I am updating my existing review( without changing the initial review) to share my view about bed and dreams customer service and support.I bought the whole palatial bedroom set ( bed, dressing table and side tables) from bed and dreams fortitude valley store around 3 months back.Last week during the routine cleaning over the weekend we observed that a small area of the dressing table top got peeled off. It seems it was painted using some cheap quality paint.We used microfiber cloth to wipe off any dust or any droplets of face moisturizer etc.I contacted the store manager to raise this and get any suggestion or send someone to fix it .He was very supportive and wanted to help but unfortunately people at customer support and service refused to accept it as something wrong with their product and said they can't do anything as it is my fault.I am now worried about my other purchases. If something goes wrong I am not sure Bed and Dreams would be able to honor warranty.***************************************************************************Original review************************Highly recommended !A fantastic store with a good collection of bedroom furnitures. We have bought our second Hypnos mattress from Beds n Dreams in Fortitude Valley!!Just shows how comfy and how much we enjoy sleeping on this mattress!All the staff members here are very helpful and friendly with helping us to choose our mattresses, I would come back for future bedding needs!

Tania was very helpful, and the bed arrived relatively quickly. Early days but the mattress feels good.The only minor complaint I have is that we paid to have the mattress delevered and the old one taken away, but the guys didn't take the new mattress out of its packing, leaving it to me to unpack and then get rid of the packaging.
