Purr-Central Luxury Cat Hotel

The most amazing cattery I have ever seen. Tracey and her team run an exceptionally high quality service. Both my cats are regular visitors. I’m extremely fussy where I send my fur babies. I know they are always well looked after and most importantly, they happy kitties.

5 stars aren’t enough to describe Purr Central. It’s obvious that the team here are devoted cat lovers and it shows in the property and the customer service. We put our Jinx in for 10 days while overseas and had complete peace of mind.There’s no cages here, instead each cat gets their own themed room and secured outside area. The cattery is spotless and clean. These guys really have set the minimum standard for what a cat hotel should be and that’s why we are happy to drive the 90 minutes each way to get there.The prices are very reasonable and on par with some options where cats are put in small cages. Jinx came home a happy and contented kitty, maybe also a little spoiled.Purr Central should be any cat lovers only choice. I know that I could never consider anything less and I know there’s no place better.

Tracey and co looked after our 10 year old for 2 and a half weeks. We were a little nervous leaving him in a cattery for the first time but the Purr Central team did a wonderful job looking after him. Will definitely re-use this fantastic establishment next time we go away.

Best cattery 'Cat Resort' you will find. It's well worth the drive.Leaving our little Jinxy there when we head off on holidays gives us so much comfort knowing he is being so well looked after by Tracey & Shaun.The personal little touches makes all the difference and they can even send you some photos of your cat while you are away.

Booking process is very easy and they take care to get to know each cat. We have already booked in his next stay. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended! Our timid cat stayed here recently & was so relaxed and happy. Tracey and her team took the time to get to know her and and preferences, and they sent us a lovely video of our cat while we were away. It is purpose-built and clean. Tracey encouraged us to bring our cat's familiar blanket & if we wanted to bring her regular food for comfort, which we did.

The best of the best services! My three precious fur babies were kept safe & happy. It made me feel they were on holidays too! The place is very clean & cozy. I loved it from the first sight :) Tracey was fantastic, reassuring & kept me updated with photos & videos. Maddy was genuinely nice & friendly (such a great asset for the business!). I highly recommend these guys for any other nervous and picky parents who look for the best, because these guys are it. I’m bringing my babies back on our next holiday!

Our cat, Billy has stayed at Purr-Central quite a few times now and I wouldn't take him anywhere else. Shaun and Tracey have created a wonderful cat hotel that is 'home away from home' for cats and we have no hesitation in leaving Billy in their care. if like me, you are never sure how well the neighbour or friends will look after your cat when you go away- then take her or him to Purr- Central!

Since our cats had never been to a cattery before I was very nervous about how they would cope. The facilities are amazing and Tracey is so caring and knowledgeable it made us feel very relieved. We received regular updates and videos of the kitties while we were away and they seemed so relaxed when we went to pick them up (they almost didn't want to leave).
