Excellent service from phone call to actual service of our Cummins generator. Knowledgeable and very helpful with how to fix the generator and how to maintain it without having to sell a kidney. Beware KLM, they will send an apprentice and not check his work, (illegal) went back twice, then had work checked by other professionals, wiring was not right and we had to pay again. Happy to give credit where it is due, but not to these guys.

A big shout out to the team in KLM. I have used them twice recently, they responded very quickly in this busy time. Particularly I had a failed start solenoid for my old style Kubota generator. They had one in stock but the mounting bracket was different. There and then they cut off the bracket from the old one and fixed it to the new one, and didn't even charge me for the mod. I had my generator up and running in hours and I know it would have taken weeks if not months to source the exact same one. This is above and beyond. Thanks again

Realised I had serious issues with my just purchased house boat the weekend after xmas,I called KLM and Brandon came down,He found the fault,explained it,gave me repair options and a clear quote. That was friday afternoon I accepted the quote and monday midday the work was done with a user friendly explanation of how to run the new storage batteries.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Klm.Thanks guys

What a great team from front desk to Mitch and his team out the back. The communication, feedback and work done was great. They were doing a number of electrical work items and a service of my onan generator on my RV motorhome. Their expertise and efficiency to fix all jobs was very pleasing and affordable. I also requested other checks which they did and advised did not need fixing or updating and was much appreciated. They also walked me through all work done and fave advice to maintain. thanks Frank
