Mooroolbark Terrace Shopping Centre
This place is cold and very dead to foot traffic, with a lot of empty shop fronts. It either needs to be demolished or the owner should look into getting an ALDI or a Woolworths in there.

I've visited here a couple times, I find it absolutely fascinating and I hope it never gets torn down or modernised. Honestly sad to see it in such a poor state but it's an incredible time capsule. Absolutely rubbish if you want to go shopping, but an absolute gem for people who love dead malls and old building design

I am a big fan of shopping centres. Even abandoned ones like Mooroolbark Terrace.All it needs a bit of renovating, some anchor stores, a marketing campaign to increase public awareness as well as a bit of tender loving care and it would become like winning the lottery every week for a month.Mooroolbark Terrace could be the most popular shopping destination in Mooroolbark

Not much remains open in this shopping centre, but visiting it is like stepping back in time. Perhaps 40 years ago it was the bustling shopping centre for the area. Sad
