Thanks for all the help in advising me on my new Intel NUC.I had gone around to all the other computer stores to view there products and speak to the sale person at each store but found the knowledgeable Technician at EC Mates helped me through my questions which then i was able to make a inform decision and decided to buy the NUC.I had a little set up problem but returned and the problem was sorted at no cost to me.Thanks again Gary

Got to say running around in perth try to find good computer stores is hopeless. Pricing, customer service, product knowledge etc... this one have no exceptions as I don’t think such a small store can provide best pricing in WA. Surprisingly the staff members does know what they talk about. After long chat I did find out this used to be Austin computer in midland. Not sure what’s going on about Austin computers lately, but very disappointed about them. What a shame!!!!

Friend's laptop couldn't be unlocked- saw Clement at new Claremont shop- good, friendly service and laptop was checked and fixed and i picked up same day. Glad we have EC Mate in my area now.

After struggling for some time trying to get my PC to stop freezing up on start-up, I called in to EC Mates in Midland. I realise now that I should have done this much sooner. Franco took time to answer my questions and fixed the issue in no time. I am more than happy with the service I received. Thanks David
