Got what I needed at the right price. Great service as well.

Had a problem with salesman lying to me in the store entrapping me with a phone that couldnt be unlocked. Complained to optus customer services, problem resolved in one ph call.

Despite the current COVID9 restriction of only 1 customer in the store at any given time, my issue was dealt with promptly, courteously and professionally by Lionel, whom I feel made the best recommendation for my circumstances.

The staff at this particular store are really quite rude and dismissive. They are also often inefficient and incompetent. I always try to deal with optus online or using the chat. Even the phone techs are much better than the store employees.The significant qualification for working there seems to be a complete lack of social skills. Every question is met with incredulity (as though you are a moron for not quite understanding the jargon), sullen resistance or blank stares.Every order is late, every piece of advice is flawed. I can't understand how Optus, as a huge multinational corporation, permits such low standards in its retail representatives.

Normally great service. Didn't get what I wanted. It'd a shame , I've been with this company for 15 years it's a shame.

I had amazing service today with Emilie and she did an amazing job at helping me with my query and got it sorted fast. I highly recommend Optus if you don't know what internet provider to choose from. I will be a loyal customer forever. :)

Bit disappointed I purchased a $70 screen protector with my phone few months ago and was told i would get 1 free replacement if scratched/damaged went in 2nd day after purchased and had it replaced because first time guy left heaps of bubbles and so my first replacement was used due to no fault of mine. So when I actually had chipped it and went in for my 1 off screen replacement they said i had used it even tho it was because the guy applied it bubbly first time. I have to now register with screen protector merchant and hope its replaced.

Brilliant service from Lionel on a busy Saturday morning. He couldn't have been more helpful and signed me up to a great deal for our NBN and mobile service. I only give them five stars because there's not six.

Good staff but the wait time is too long. I have waited almost 40 minutes to solve my issue. Better to add extra staff during busy time
