Elaine was an amazing host and tutor for our 4 week workshop. It was the perfect setting for creative development and lots of fun too. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed working with Elaine over the four weeks of the printmaking course. It was an opportunity to learn new skills and develop previous ones. She is lovely to work with and us generous with sharing her knowledge.I’m looking forward to participating in more courses in the future.

Wonderful day, experimenting and trying out new experiences using Gelli Pad Printing with Melissa as an encouraging and helpful guide. Surprised at the results of such an interesting and relatively easy technique. Small enthusiastic group ensured that there was plenty of room and materials in easy access for all participants. Delicious lunch supplied.

Elaine offered an amazing class. The teenagers enjoyed an afternoon learning new skills and meeting new people. The space is well appointed and has a great vibe.

I participated in the Gelli Plate workshop with tutor Melissa Martin hosted by Elaine and Unique State Art Space.Melissa was generous with her knowledge and encouraged us all as we learnt and played. There were so many resources to play with - paints, stencils, paper, leaves and doilies. I came away from the workshop with many original prints and I feel confident I can set up and play in my own space.Elaine is always a generous, accommodating host - with her time, knowledge, enthusiasm, lunches and refreshments.

Both my kids absolutly loved their art classes. They said their teacher was the nicest art teacher they have ever had and she was so good at art. They are now better drawers then me. They came home from their class so proud of their work and I was amazed at what they did. We 100% will be going back in the future

Elaine is a delight, superbly talented and an excellent teacher with a light hearted demeanour and great patience. I would definitely recommend Unique State Art Space for art classes and art supplies. My children are absolutely loving their classes.

My daughter has always loved art, so when I saw this amazing business open I enrolled her without hesitation. Elaine is an incredible artist and beyond wonderful with people of all ages. My daughter looks forward to her lesson every week and her skills are coming along so beautifully! I highly recommend Unique State Art Space ✨
