I booked a massage for my mother and I 6 weeks in advance, and after travelling an hour to get there and paying for a dog sitter they cancelled the morning of. There was no offer of compensation and I never received a call back about my arranging my refund.

Lovely staff. I had done waxing for my first time. I forgot the name but Brazilian lady made process very comfortable and quick. Will definitely return, thanks

While most of the treatments have had there have been lovely, they've now cancelled my combined treatments the morning of the appointment itself twice in 6 weeks, after I'd booked weeks in advance. Lame excuses and no offer of any compensation of any kind. I'm never going there again

Quality and detailed service from the friendly staff! Very clean and relaxing environment. I got the deep tissue massage and an express facial. The rooms smell amazing and I felt so relaxed! Very thorough consultation too prior to treatment so they can customise the treatment to your wants and needs or concerns. Would definitely visit again!

Very happy with the tan dota spray tan! The colour is golden brown and looks really natural. So glad I can get a healthy" tan without all the nasties. Highly recommend!"

I came in to have a custom facial to treat my acne breakouts. I had the lovely Mia who was super welcoming and kind, she asked me about my skin and what I wanted to achieve. She was super helpful with my skin care routine, products, diet, stress... everything! She was so knowledgable I was able to take a lot away from the session. She not only did a facial but a head, neck and shoulder and foot massage. So good that I was snoring! Will definitely go back, if you are going ask for Mia!

Based on my observations, I recommend avoiding this spa as it does not meet basic standards of hygiene and cleanliness. In addition, the company has a reputation for prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction. It may also be worth noting that the facility appears outdated and gloomy. I noticed a lack of camaraderie among the team, which may be indicative of poor workplace culture. Please exercise caution before considering this establishment.

Absolutely terrible!! The towel on the bed and my body felt damp and had a weird smell.The massage therapist forgot to massage my left leg. I had booked the 60 minute organic relax massage- I was taken into the treatment room after 9.30 and finished at 10.25.Once the massage was finished I was hurried out of the room.Definitely not a relaxing experience and do not recommend.

My husband gave me an Endota Spa Organic Infusion Facial for my birthday. I booked online (easy) for my facial - and what better way to recover from a long haul flight! My beautician was Eloise and she was incredible - I felt relaxed and revitalised, with my skin feeling great. For me the highight of the facial was the use of jade facial rollers (which Eloise advised helps improve circulation and lymphatic drainage, promoting a clear, more balanced complexion) - they felt amazing.
