Amazing place, fantastic instructors. Absolutely amazing atmosphere for martial arts training.

The team here at SMAC are just great. We have two children currently attending (aged 5 & 8). Everything in the joining and ongoing process is streamlined and easy. Attending the classes is never an issue. Timings are well communicated and well thought out to suit each level of training. The staff are always attentive and aware of each individual student's needs, level and requirements. I thoroughly recommend SMAC for anyone looking for martial arts training.

2 grandsons have completed 30 days in Kids classes. I would wholeheartedly recommend the classes to anyone wanting to give their children, boys and girls, the opportunity. Ben carefully led them through their first classes and showed them how much fun they can have while learning life-long skills. Both boys have grown in confidence and gained new friends. All the instructors carefully and skillfully lead everyone to new skills and ensure that everyone has fun while learning. It's a great and fun way to improve confidence and become better and more talented kids.

Would reccomend to anyone who wants to get into martial arts or learn self defence. This place accommodates for anyone and is very versatile. A very easy-going place and an amazing atmosphere with people around you to encourage and help you meet your goal.

SMAC has been a great place for my daughter to explore karate. She had been begging for months and after signing her up this year, we could not be more impressed with them. From the way they interact with the kids, to the way they communicate with the parents, they are first class. I'd have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

If you are a parent of a child that currently trains please consider training yourself. I highly recommend SMAC Zen Do Kai. The trainers are so supportive and encouraging. The community is so welcoming. Give it a try - you will be so happy that you leaned into the experience.

The most brilliant facility. I have tried many sporting trainers for my 12 and 10 year old boys and none of them have been able to continuously engage them. SMAC do brilliant fitness training at the start of each class followed by continuous skill training. No blank times which gives fabulous value for money. The coaches are sensational at keeping all kids engaged and active. Has been such a great sport for my adhd/asd child. Can not recommend highly enough!!!!
