Every week I show up and am welcomed by your wonderful staff. Especially Andrea , she is the most wonderful person to see every time I show up. She has smiles and has a laugh with amazing h energy and makes my visit so enjoyable .All staff are 100% and I did want to mention Andrea as she is a highlight for me.I love your venue and appreciate your staff.

A great space for the entire family. The slides and pools are good for young kids and there are plenty of shady areas to have a picnic. We had our daughter's birthday there a few years back and booking a pergola was easy. A special mention to Josh , the friendliest lifeguard there and is an asset to the place. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is ok and his customer service skills are to be commended.

Great for kids. Water play is awesome as well as playground and plenty of shade. Great place for swimming lessons as well, with an indoor heated pool.

I would love to give a huge shout out to Josh the lifeguard. Today my close friend, her 3 year old and I, went for a quick swim - we ended up staying 5 hours. I cannot thank Josh enough for the care he took of young Roman. What life guard delivers your food to you, goes down the slides 400 times with your 3 year old, and even fetches your towel? Absolute asset to the plantation! Our day was made because of you Josh! Don’t ever change, and keep smiling! Keep being a pineapple! :)

Used to be fairly good value but today was a joke.Now charging a spectators fee so I paid for myself to sit while 3 kids swam.Were not told before entering that the slides were both closed for work (on a Saturday) so my kids didn't want to stay.Ordered $6 worth of chips which used to be a good size so happy to pay but was the smallest serving you could imagine for $6. The large box is handed over 1/3 full.

We loved our visit. The upgrades are awesome, the new playgrounds are unbelievable. Perfect spot to have a birthday party or a get together.

Been coming here for years. Kids have a blast. Only down fall is how long renovations" go for also the mats where the playground is always become a 3 degree foot burner and aren't shaded. Other wise it's never to over crowed and staff are friendly and happy to help"

We do love coming here, the pools are great, slides are great and glad to see the surrounding area of the path to the slide fixed up. But I don't understand why with all the complaints/comments over the years there's no sun shades on the playgrounds? Noone can play on them because they're scorching hot. Bit of a waste having them without the shade. Also the tiles surrounding the deep end have been in dire need of repair for a few years now. Cannot believe the price increase and size change for the chips though. Definitely won't be buying them for the kids anymore. Otherwise great pool, doesn't ever get too too busy and big changing rooms. Though for some reason no sanitary bins in the toilet stalls even though there's a sign saying there is a bin in the stall.
