Waited 2 months now for someone to come fix my water pump. Rang customer service 3 times and about to ring them a 4th time because I'm still waiting for someone to fix my pump. Very bad customer service

Appalling customer service. A simple question and no one willing to help when my tank was leaking. Blatantly ignored.Edit: Please note, this review is not about the quality of my Kingspan water tank. The leak was not the fault of Kingspan. It is about the customer service and being ignored until I posted a review.

Awesome customer service from Kylie. I had an issue with the leaf guard on my new tank and after a quick phone call and texted photo,boom, I got this minor, but important (to me) issue resolved. Thanks.

Not only is a Kingspan Tank and excellent choice for a quality rainwater tank, the ordering and delivery process was flawless. Tank dimensions, colour and inlet /outlet specs was very user friendly when ordering. The Order confirmation included engineering specs for the tank slab. Delivery timeline was as stated and the delivery team were extremely helpful and professional in locating the tank on the slab at the rear of the house without scratching and damage. My home watering system is now fully connected and working as anticipated. Friends and visitors remark on how great the colorbond slimline profile integrates into the garden. Well done Kingspan
