Albie on reception was very professional and helpful.I was seen by Dr Rob Bush. He was so professional and knowledgeable and had a lovely manner. He arranged everything for me. I can’t thank him enough. I wish more Drs were like him.A great Dr. I would highly recommend Dr Rob Bush. I can’t thank him enough.

Performed as advertised, and a HUGE improvement over going to emergency for non-critical care. I went in on a Sunday with a fracture in severe pain and got immediate and thorough pain management, x-ray and booking for surgery elsewhere, and was home within 4 hours. Staff were excellent. Only comment is I had to be quite pushy to get details of treatment for my records, and take phone photos of my x-rays, as I wasn't able to get a copy otherwise.Pros: very good, fast and thorough trauma care.Cons: lack of provision of records and scans

Was referred by a friend, and cannot be thankful enough for such a fast, efficient and helpful service for my 2.5 year old son. More People should know about this service as it is so convenient and helpful in times of need. Staff and doctors were so helpful and approachable. In and out within an hour, had I gone to a hospital I would’ve been seen 6-8 hours later. Cannot recommend enough for the small to medium health issues. Thank you wise clinic

Had Iron infusion today. The staff is lovely and very supportive. Dr. Sky did my infusion and he was very calm and knew the technique very thoroughly. Thank you!

This is my first time to visit this clinic , but just want to sincerely thank you for all staff in WISE to provide excellent services and care to my 2-year-old son in one of the recent Sunday afternoon.He eventually identified as emergency issue and need to send it off to Children hospital for immediate actions.The staff and doctors in WISE are 100% professional and greatly appreciated.

Life saving clinic. I had to do an urgent ultrasound , Almost I rang 5 different places, their next available appointment were after 7 days. I came to this specialist in a public holiday. My ultrasound and blood test been done as soon as I walked in. Unbelievable kind, respectful and helpful receptionists.The lady who did my ultrasound was very knowledgeable and polite.Highly recommend this place.Just be aware if you wanna see emergency specialist doctors you have to pay out of the pocket fee.However my Ultrasound and blood tests were medicare covered and I didn’t need to pay.

I’ve been to WiSE a few times in recent years and always been extremely impressed. Yes, it’s $260 to be reviewed there, but for that you get seen by a doctor within half an hour (ish) plus all pathology, imaging etc on-site. You are typically on your way with full results, a diagnosis and a management plan within a couple of hours! Sure beats 10-hour triage waits. Outpatient imaging is excellent also and runs at hours when other clinics don’t. The facilities are modern and the staff have always been lovely: one feels like a person, not a number. WiSE would now be my top recommendation for conditions which are urgent but not life-threatening, or for when you need to see a doctor quickly and they’re otherwise not around (e.g. on a Sunday night). Thank you guys!!

A great experience. We were seen for emergency care within minutes of arriving. Doctors, nurses and all staff we encountered were professional and provided a high level of care. Facilities are modern and comfortable. Excellent all round.

Visit was for an infusion which they do also. The staff and facilities are very good. Staff, I suspect they are nurses, were all very experienced, friendly, comforting, Profesioal and approachable.

Our experience today was nothing but exceptional. The reception staff assisting were professional and efficient. The care we received today from Dr Sunny Yoo was exceptional, caring and professional. As a local pharmacist, I have referred patients to WiSE clinic for years based upon positive feedback from my patients. This was the first time we used the service ourselves. Our son had a mountain bike injury to his wrist and knee. We highly recommend WiSE. Well done.
