Big thank you to Dr. John, Pam and the team at Dental Reflections for a couple of great dental appointments. Fantastic service at a fun, friendly and caring dental clinic. Multiple times throughout my appointments I was checked in with which made me feel very well looked after. The dental hygienist was great too.

Absolutely fabulous dentist! Greeted with a smile from Reception right through to the treatment rooms. Friendly & Gentle approach, will definitely be back with my kids!

Simply an amazing team from the the phone call with Courtney to book my appointment and explaining to her my anxiety and fear of the dentist, to the greeting and reassurance she immediately provided on arrival. Each staff member treated me with the highest professional integrity while remaining down to earth.In summary my experience was awesome, I am even looking forward to my next appointment! The team at Dental Reflections are fantastic, prior to attending their practice I had a real fear of the Dentist but now I have the confidence to attend regular maintenance appointments. I have not walked out of their in any pain and have even had wisdom teeth pulled in the chair. I would highly recommend the team to anyone.

I have been to a fair few dentists in my time but have never had such positive experiences as I've had at Dental Reflections. They are THAT marvellous that if I ever left the Joondalup area, I would travel to DR from wherever I was living. Courtney and Donna in Reception are the warmest people imaginable and are a pure delight. The same goes for the dentists. Dr John did my new veneers and they are excellent; not only is the workmanship superlative, he's so brilliant at explaining everything. I can't forget Sasha and all the other assistants and hygienists, all absolutely top notch! I can safely say I enjoy my visits to the practice because everyone is easy going, we can have a few laughs, and there is absolutely no anxiety about dental visits now. Thank you to everyone at DR!

I've been going here for a few years now. All the staff are really friendly, the Dentists are gentle and take the time to explain everything they're doing. Highly recommend!

Chasing a dental practice who are great at what they do, as well as caring and supportive? Look no further. Our family of 3 has been going here for more than 12 years and have had the works - from hygiene appts right through to crowns, wisdom teeth removal and implants! We now live SOR and still travel to Joondalup for our dental needs - that's how much we trust the Dental Reflections team.

Having had an aching tooth for a couple of days and not able to pretend any longer that it was going to magically go away on it's own, I have been seen within an hour of calling, had a new filling, and am now feeling so much better because of the total professionalism, attention to detail and genuine concern and care of all the staff at Dental Reflections. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolutely wonderful care.Dr Crane is so thorough but also very gentle.The practice is extremely well equipped and hygienic.And nobody there judges you if you haven’t been to the dentist for far tooooo long!So if you’ve been putting it off, I wholeheartedly recommend Dental Reflections as they will make you feel very comfortable and really look after you.
