I want to start off by saying thank you to ramez and zaya who went above and beyond to help me out with what I needed. The staff are very experienced and knowledgeable who showed me the different ranges of batteries and lights and also installed it for me without hesitation. The prices are also fantastic value, they beat all the car shops I previously went to!I would definitely be back again and would recommend this place to everyone

I had a battery which was flat and called NRMA roadside who only came and jump-started my car—No offer to check my battery was given. The next day my battery was flat yet again, so I called Battery Rite, and I was advised to bring my car in so he could test if it was the battery or alternator. They tested and found the issue, and they also helped me to choose which battery I wanted. They did not rush any of their services and took their time (not rushed) and genuinely were caring, and very friendly. This is going to be my new battery place for all future requirements. Thankyou so much.

His knowledge and experience in the field of batteries and accessories is unmatched. He certainly puts his clients before money. I purchased a portable jump starter a few months ago and had a very pleasant customer experience. The guys seemed very experienced, knew their products well and offered great advice. If you don’t know much about batteries ect, these guys are the best, I bought a battery and they installed it in my car straight away. Service was awesome and quick. I highly recommend these guys and especially because they are a small local Aussie business!

A small team with big passion to help customers with anything they need. That was my first impression the moment i walked into the shop.Other similar shops ive been into have workers who look half dead.Zaya and ramez have gone all the way to help me pick out the right battery for my car with my budget. And they even provide service to fit it in! I had it done on the spot.Its been a couple of months since i bought the battery and am leaving a review now. The battery they provided still holds up perfectly well with no dramas and i believe it will be for a while.Peace of mind! Big ups to these guys. Shops like this are a rarity nowadays.Theyve got other automotive products which is neat aswell such as engine oil and headlight globes!!
