The pelmeni are really good. I was surprised at the low rating from some other reviewers, I feel it's unfair to compare store-bought food to what nonna or mum made. For the store-bought pelmeni these are great, and I wish they stocked them in supermarkets more widely.

Amazing, I got the potato & onion, the beef, 3 meats and the potato &cheese.All are amazing and I will definitely be buying these again/recommending them to their friends. 5/5

You cannot get authentic potato-filled pierogi in frozen form in Australia. I've tried many brands and some are better than others, but none are as good as the real thing. The pastry on these is pretty good tbh, considering you are cooking from frozen. It's the closest to real pierogi pastry (cooked from frozen) I've had so far. Cooks up well, and doesn't go rock hard if then fried in butter till golden brown. Unfortunately the potato and onion filling tastes like really cheap tinned food, and has a terrible paste-like texture. It's just no good. A shame really, as the pastry is acceptable. I'll have to try the cabbage and mushroom.

I bought the beef pelmeni my kids love them then I bought the potato and onion pierogi my kids hated them but I think they're great I love them pan fried in butter and served with some sour cream wow they are so yummy... just boiled and served with butter and fried onions they are very very close to what the big-armed Babas used to make at Plast - and amazing value for money - I hope sam makes some cherry ones I will buy them all the time. Well, I'm buying them all the time now just leave in the freezer the kids make them for themselves before footy training and it's just a saucepan of water to cook them so no mess!

Authentic, delicious pierogies, made right here in Australia!! We were so excited to find these in our local IGA store and are hoping our store will stock all the varieties soon. We love having a bag of these in the freezer, especially as they are wonderful comfort food and such a great accompaniment as well. Try them, they will not disappoint!

I bought packet or Traditional Polish Mushroom and something" pierogi. I'm a Pole and exactly know how thay should taste. Sorry thay are very cheep imitation of Polish pierogi."
