First National Real Estate Rayner - Bacchus Marsh

I have just been approved for a rental house through Rayners. Its the second property I have rented through them over the years. It was the first house I found, booked an inspection for the following Sat. Applied online Mon morning & was approved Mon afternoon. All the girls Cloe, Melissa & Ebony where very competent in handling the whole process & I couldnt be happier to be moving back to the Marsh again. Thanks for everything.

High rental management % Jason managed my property very poorly. Did not communicate properly. I am now learning since I have changed real estates that there was damage to my property which they turned a blind eye to and did not communicate directly to me about. Dog hair all over my property as if this would not be seen in property inspections dog scratches on my doors? Air conditioning remotes gone, light globes gone, water damage not communicated directly to me to be fixes as a matter of urgency. Do not go with this agency they do not care at all.

As a tenant, I am very happy with Rayners customer service. Very easy to deal with and prompt with maintenance. When I had to move house, I mainly sort houses that were managed by Rayner due to being happy with them.

In looking to purchase an investment property I sought out some help from Demee Spargo at First National and I had an amazing experience. I was very unsure on how to tackle my first property purchase however Demee was extremely understanding, patient and informative. When talking to Demee, she conveys passion for her work and compassion for her clients, she made an effort to regularly check in with me and make sure I was understanding the process and was able to answer all my questions in full. I have spoken to a few different people in the property industry and Demee has been the best to date. She helped me identify some essential components to include in my purchase contract which is going to save me money in the sale as well as recommended some conveyancers, building and pest inspectors to save me the hassle of sourcing them myself. AVOID: I had received a referral to contact their agent Jason Handrick. I reached out to him seeking information regarding potential investments in commercial properties in Bacchus Marsh to Ballan. While it is possible that my network may not have been optimal, that does not justify subjecting an older man to appalling verbal abuse. I am pleased to rather recommend Ray White Melton, the real estate agency with whom I entrusted my business.

Highly recommend Rayner First National for renting a property through!! The property management and staff are amazing at what they do, their friendly, professional, highly efficient and most importantly excel in performing their best for both their property owners and their tenants.
