We cannot thank Jacqueline enough for everything she did in the lead up to, and on our wedding day! Nothing was ever a problem and we couldn’t have asked for a more stress free day! She truly does think of everything, right down to having drinks on standby for in between photos.This is the second wedding Jacqueline has coordinated for our family now and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her again in the future!

Planning a wedding is one of the most stressful events you will do. Jacqueline from Wild Heart Weddings made everything easier and much more manageable. I couldn’t have done it without Jacqueline, she is a must have for planning your big day!I’m not even sure where to begin when it comes to recommending Jacqueline at Wild Heart Weddings. As an overseas bride planning a wedding on a private property in an area I had no knowledge of, I started the process of meeting wedding planners who I hoped would make the process just a little bit easier. I’d met 3-4 people before I met Jacqueline, but once we’d met I knew she was the one for us! Jacqueline is professional, knowledgeable and incredibly organised but most of all, and what made me feel at ease 100% of the time was her calm, friendly and personal nature - which makes her easy to talk to, kind of like you’re planning your wedding with your best girlfriends. She listened to our wants and needs and helped us to understand what could work and what might not. She provided suggestions, options, back up plans and incredible industry knowledge that meant planning our wedding (and even the events around this day) was a total breeze, even from the other side of the world. Due to Covid and international travel plans, we sadly had to postpone our wedding 7 days before the big day. Jacqueline was a god send through this process, managing all communications surrounding the postponement for us and handled the uncertainty and heightened emotions our vendors and we were feeling in the lead up with total professionalism and empathy. Thank you Jacqueline, from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for us.

Where do we start. My partner and I were married in March this year - obviously you know that your wedding day is going to be one of the best days of your life - but our day absolutely exceeded my own expectations and we owe that to Jacq & the Wild Heart Weddings team. Jacq was so helpful and ‘all in’ from the moment we got in to contact with her. She went above and beyond for us in every way possible. Her knowledge of the Sunshine Coast vendors was second to none and we trusted in her recommendations and suggestions. The lead up to our day was stress free and enjoyable because we had the confidence that everything was planned thanks to this team. Jacq was not only our wedding coordinator but also a friend to us and we are so happy she played such a big role in our day. It was PERFECT. If only we could to it a million more times. I can hand on heart say that having Jac there to support, guide and coordinate our wedding was the single best decision we made - she is incredible, and our planning of and the actual day itself was flawless thanks in large part to her.No task was too big or small, and Jac’s warm and calm vibe meant that we were never stressed or anxious about anything - she made everything easy and positive. Jacqueline and her team were recommended to us by some friends and she did not disappoint! She provided a customised package for us to suit our unique needs and promptly dealt with any issues that popped up so we didn't have to. Jacqueline was so friendly, bubbly and down to earth and was contactable whenever we needed her. The detail and professionalism put into the planning of our wedding was incredible and made the entire day run so smoothly. Even when there was an issue, it was solved so quickly and discreetly that we didn't even find out until they let us know the next day! Hiring Jac at Wild Heart Weddings was one of the best decisions we made in the lead up to our wedding. Planning a wedding from abroad in 9 months was always going to be a challenge, particularly in the post pandemic world. Having Jac shortlist vendors and help with recommendations meant we were able to quickly lock in decisions on our top priorities.If your budget doesn't allow for the full wedding package service I would still highly recommend her on the day coordination. As someone who is a little prone to stress (perfectionist), being able to outsource the stress and coordination on the day enabled us to be fully present with our guests and soak up the day.Jac went above and beyond for us: collecting linens, popping into the bottle shop on the day to get some cheap fizz for the champagne spray pics ( so we didn't have to waste any of the good stuff ), throwing some hot chips in the oven so we could enjoy some salty treats on the dancefloor. She paid attention to detail (eg made sure people didn't have phones in their suit pockets), carried suncream and lipstick for quick top ups. She made sure we had a drink in hand when we wanted one and was such a calming friendly presence on the day.Thank you Jac. We had the most magical day and will be forever grateful for the part you played.

Jacqueline did a brilliant job of planning our wedding. Everything was thought of making the day as stress free as possible. This was despite having a 5 month old bub and 2 dogs involved in our wedding. From the planning and coordinating, to the pack up of the venue, to the odd babysitting on the night, the whole wedding could not have run smoother. We have no hesitations in highly recommending Jaqueline.

We can not thank Jacqueline enough for everything she did on our wedding day! She was our on the day coordinator and she went above and beyond what we expected. I am the type of person who won't often ask for help and feel like I should be doing things myself... And you just do not have time for that on your wedding day. And better yet, I didn't even have to ask Jacqueline for anything, she was a mind reader. She was there with whatever we needed before we knew we needed it.
