Nice product but some of the worst customer service I've received in a long time. I've been recommending these guys for years having been in the landscape industry myself, but not anymore! In my view these guys have got to big for their boots. Good luck if you order from them and have a time frame to complete your job. These guys won't care!

These guys were so patient with me. I called them at least 3 times with various questions and they had great advice and laying the turf and what should go underneath and above. When I finally ordered they got it out to me in a week and the final results are amazing! Great quality products and advice.

I've just installed some synthetic turf from Ozturf. The product was cheaper than others that I looked at for a better quality product. Their customer service over the phone was great, delivery was pretty quick and the delivery guy was very helpful also. Great all round experience for me
