This was the worst nail salon I have EVER been too. Do NOT go here.Their nail tech is absolutely horrible and have made my fingers look ridiculous. All the nails are different shape, too thick, and absolutely done wrong.They also overcharged me at almost 80$ for this set. When it said 40$.I repeat. I get my nails done and have for years. This was the worst place I have ever been.

The worst customer service and poor quality. Unfriendly staff, I won’t visit this business anymore.

This place is amazing. If you are clear with what you would like to have done, they will always deliver. I have been coming here for 10years, never been disappointed. Very efficient, and treat me with respect. Lovely place

Quick service,nice work on the nails. Not friendly at all. But if you overlook that and just want your nails done quickly and well,this is a good enough place. Better service elsewhere in Leichhardt but maybe not as efficiently.

I have been having my nails done in this salon for a few years now and I think it’s the best !I have had many services - nails , waxing and more and cannot recommend them high enough .. friendly staff amazing nail job by Nan professional and clean my nails last for over Three weeks which is unheard of … I travel from Balmain to Leichhardt will not go anywhere else .. keep up the good work team Pro Nails love your work

I am very disappointed with the manager's treatment of my nails recently. After upselling me from a normal manicure to a shellac one (against my preference), which she claimed would last 3 weeks, my manicure lasted only 1 day before the shellac started to crack from the corners of my nails, then started to lift around all the edges by 1 week. When I came to have them removed she used a very coarse nail file and left me with extremely thin nails which were tender and tissue fragile. Consequently I lost all the nails I had - just in time for Christmas! AND she charged me $10 to remove the poor quality shellac! I cannot afford to have such damage done to my nails ever again!

Not sure if the drying system is very effective. It's just two small inbuilt fans at either side of my seat rather than a special drying machine to place my hands in. After I'd been drying" for around 10 minutes

I went there a few days ago for a shellac pedicure and I was in and out in under 30mins! I’ve been there a few times before when they didn’t do the best job so I was REALLY happily surprised with this. No nicks around the cuticles, and an even application without any smudges around the edges. I am still really pleased with them! Best pedicure I’ve ever had!! Not much conversing but that’s fine with me :)

Amazing details and care from the ladies here. Had a great pedicure, they were super considerate about a sore toe I had and did as I instructed as to not further hurt it (something most salons don't do). Loved the attention to detail, pedicure, exfoliating, massage, foot scrub, hot towel, shellac, cuticle oil and moisturizer! Highly recommend.
