Nicola has been helping my rehab from hip injury for the past 12 months. She has provided physical therapy, massage, pilates and hydrotherapy. Highly knowledgeable and skilful, friendly, and has great experience with TAC patients. She encourages treatment tailored to my needs in a safe and welcoming environment with new equipment. I highly recommend 10/10.

Had the best Reformer Pilates session with Nicola targeting the areas that I need strengtheningHighly recommend as Nicola has a wealth of knowledge and if you are a equestrian rider she also is a specialist in this area
