There are lots of vegan and vegetarian options - we tried the Punjabi dal, the egplant and potato curry, saffron rice and the garlic naan bread. We really enjoyed the food!!

The food was amazingly delicious, not to be missed. Sadly, we were so cold inside the restaurant. Please, keep your place warmer for us.

Such lovely staff who were very accommodating of our two young children providing them with plastic cups and plates. Food came quickly and was hot and tasty. One dish was bit heavy on the salt and the garlic on the garlic naan wasn't fresh but the bread was great. Really lovely rice.

The was not as good as the last few times I visited. Service standards need to be improved ... staff are young and inexperienced, they need some guidance and training to give better service.

The food was delicious.The Service was wonderful.Would have been a lovely evening with friends, except for the noise. Why do people have to talk so loud that they almost shout over top of everyone else? Our table of four could not have a conversation because we couldn't hear ourselves talk.Very disappointing!

The place is not pretentious and is not fine dining, but what you get is really good food cooked with passion and nicely presented. They do not have a liquor license but happy to direct you locally within walking distance to allow you to enjoy a drink with your meal.

We couldn’t believe we got such great Indian food in a small town. Butter chicken, vegetable curry, vegetable biriyani and plain naan - all delicious. The curries were ordered medium and they were really tasty and nicely spiced. Will definitely stop in again when in Nambucca.

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. When I called to confirm that the restaurant was open, the staff response was very poor and inattentive. Even worse was the reception we received when we arrived, as we were told to book a table, which was very unprofessional.To make matters worse, the food itself was mediocre at best. We had some concerns about a dish, so we decided to ask the chef about it. However, we were met with an immediate refusal to acknowledge our feedback.Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience. The poor staff response and reception coupled with mediocre food and a lack of willingness to engage with customer feedback left a lot to be desired.

Stayed one night at Nambucca Heads and had a takeaway from New River Edge Indian, could not fault anything, was delicious.
