The staff member who served me today doesn't know how to do customer service properly. Her body language showed like, she was angry at me, or have some private issues in her mind while serving at the counters. She did not greet me nor say thank you. I am disappointed with this kind of service.

Can't believe they rejected my son's passport application just because we bring our own photo. What a joke. Went to another poat office and they accept the application straight away. Be aware people....

Great customer service.I interacted with a few staff there, they are very helpful and understanding. Skilled in doing passport Applications (Thank you Dharti Patel). No issues with Passport Photos (Thank you to Rhys). Overall good experience.

I brought 2 collection tickets to collect parcels, got only one. 3 weeks after, they called me again to collect another one, stating it's the last day of collection before sending back. After explaining the troubled situation to the lady at the counter, she showed no sense of remorse what so ever and told me it's alright! Stop insulting people's intelligence, lady!

Was here literally 5 minutes ago and had the worst encounter to date. A lady called Sue served me; messed up the printing out of my label for an online return. She then told me there’s nothing she could do and I need to contact the retailer. I wouldn’t have any problem with this except for her shocking attitude. She didn’t apologise once for the inconvenience she caused me and continued to talk down to me to explain what happened as though it was MY mistake. She finished with “do you understand”? in the most degrading way and continued to act as though she hadn’t done anything wrong despite having wasted my time and caused me great inconvenience. I typically never leave reviews about things like this as I am aware of the fact that workers have their own lives and problems (trust me I work in hospitality). But this is beyond upsetting and honestly felt incredibly frustrating.

Rachel did my boys’ passport renewal and she was great! She was accommodating and patient even though there were some things missing with the application.

Customer service at the Willetton Post Office is excellent, and the employees is always polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I went in today to deposit some money, and it was fast, quick, and easy. Their kind and friendly manner made me feel extremely welcome.

My wife and I have just completed our passport renewals done at this post office. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. I was pleasantly surprised that, unlike some earlier postings, my experience was a good one. In my case, I did all the paperwork before hand and the photos taken at this post office. I have only good words of my experience.

Don't know what ppl r complaining about. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a post office not a restaurant.
