In our most recent experience, we were contacted by the attending plumber and provided with photos of the job to completion. Very reasonable prices too. What more could you ask for in a plumber? Ryan and his team worked hard to correct our ongoing stormwater issues. They arrived on time for each day of the large job, and worked like trojans to get it finished earlier than anticipated. The quality of the workmanship was meticulous, with downpipes placed for minimal visual impact and maximum benefit. They added extra underground pipes out to the kerb and all digging work was done with minimal impact to many existing gardens and everything was cleaned up beautifully.Ryan was easy to talk to, so helpful in getting the best results and we highly recommend him. He went above and beyond our expectations.

Contacted these guys by message over the weekend & had a reply first thing Monday morning with availability that week. Came out & were able to sort the job immediately so we can continue our deck build with a 1970s toilet pipe monstrosity through it! Certainly happy to use again

We've used Ryan and his team at Top Notch on several occasions in the Redlands and Yatala areas. They've carried out domestic plumbing repairs and installations on our home and an investment property, plus commercial plumbing repairs on our warehouse building. They've always been very professional from the initial inspection, right through to their tradespeople carrying out the work. It's easy to contact them, they turn up on time and then perform quality work at fair and reasonable pricing.

We were blown away by these guys. We’d had a few plumbers out to find and resolve a concealed leak and they either didn’t show up or couldn’t resolve the issue. These guys were friendly and found and sorted the leak in less than an hour. Better yet it cost us a little over a $100 after spending much more with other contractors!! 10/10 recommend these guys to anyone needing a plumber.

Terribly disappointed, after giving Ryan and his team so much work over the years. After apparent leak was fixed by Top Knotch Plumbing late Jan 2023, I received another letter from council not 4 weeks after so called leak repair was fixed to say I still have excessive water usage. When I called and spoke to Ryan, to say they may have missed a leak on the initial repair, he stated, not related and he was not interested in doing any more work for me.They couldn't even come out to investigate or want to resolve the problem. Blatenly rude!
