Albion Park Nissan, Suzuki & MG

Lies, Lies & No Follow-UpI know it’s a sellers market, but when did dealerships decide to ignore genuine customers. I guess when they started ignoring the activity of their salespeople and managers. All I wanted was to buy a new car locally and gave Albion Park MG multiple opportunities to sign me up. I started by placing an online enquiry on a stock vehicle. I get a call hours later and the salesperson stated she could sell me that car at the advertised price, great I thought. Well, not so great from here!I mentioned I have a trade-in and offered to bring it in, the salesperson said “just txt a few photos, that’s all we need” so I did with detailed notes of the vehicles condition. No reply. I followed up and was told the valuers were busy but would have an appraisal shortly. I followed up again, she then stated the car I wanted was sold. I said okay, what are my options? She said I could have one in two weeks. I agreed this was acceptable, but what about my trade-in. She stated they would need a few days to confirm the value as they were closing for the weekend.Again the following week I had to keep calling or sending messages just to find out their offer. Five days later, I call again and after she checked with management offered me a conditional appraisal but stated they needed to inspect the car before an official agreed value could be determined. I did offer to do this six days ago, and yes the new car would now be at least four weeks away. I made an appointment and had the trade taken to one of their dealerships for inspection. After waiting another two days I called again and asked for the manager who stated he knew nothing about the deal. I questioned if he was truly the manager if he wasn’t managing salespeople and customer follow up. Well, he called back and confirmed that their estimated valuation after inspection had been reduced by 55% from the baited price I was offered and he couldn’t confirm if they could even supply a car.Is this the reward customers receive for trying to buy locally. I genuinely would have purchased the car on the first call if I was told the true facts. All they needed to do was confirm actual supply and final pricing. I would have most likely even swallowed the low trade value.LIES, LIES & NO FOLLOW-UP

My MG PHEV was recalled for an electrical fault. The folks at Albion Park booked it in quickly and said it would take half an hour to an hour to fix. I had 2 other problems I needed looked at. Half an hour after arriving, I was on my way with all problems fixed and upgrades done to my software. Great service.

Wow, what a great dealership! This was such an easy transaction. Jesse is a lovely guy with a great knowledge of cars. He made us feel comfortable and welcome from the outset. We were even rewarded for buying a new car from him with chocolates and superb red wine! Would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a positive experience. We'll be back!
