Complete lie about handling time. Wanted a tshirt with no printing advised on the site it would take 2 business days. Only to be shipped out over a week later. Customer service didn’t care when enquiring. Not happy with the service at all.

Unfortunately our experience with Rod was very unpleasant.He started off responsive via email & then we received nothing from him after we had asked for a few changes. He claims he sent an email however we received nothing.A phone call was made to him for a follow up. He mentioned he was on a road trip & it was made clear to him we understood it’s a busy period & did not want to interrupt his time away. Therefore, we asked if he had a team working on our shirts while he was away & would ideally like a time frame to which he then called us impatient.An apology was made for having him feel this way however he hung up mid trying to talk to him.Rod was extremely rude and displayed unprofessional behaviour. No communication was given prior about him going away. Do not even bother working with this man. You’re better off going elsewhere to someone who actually cares & can communicate without being childish.

Very responsive, great service and went the extra mile for me. Quick turnaround time and reasonable pricing. Definitely returning and recommending!
