Bought a shimano fishing rod, which had some complications a day after purchase. I was reluctant to come in but Mark and Elizabeth both were extremely helpful and provided a replacement. Thank you guys I’m very appreciative and Merry Christmas!

Bought a bicycle for my son and the derailleurs snapped off while riding to school 5 weeks after purchasing. Took it for warranty repairs only to be stuffed around for 4 weeks with when it will be fixed. Ended up paying for the repairs. DO NOT BUY FROM ANACONDA, CHEAP QUALITY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.Would recommend purchasing from SA local smaller/ boutique bicycle shops as these large corporates are more focused on profits rather than satisfied customers.

Plenty of assorted stock on shelves and plenty of choices in almost all items available including clearance lines,We were specifically looking for larger rashies and good snorkeling gear.Store is quite large, and was clean, not much room to move about between some areas in the clothing department.Sadly, there wasn't staff around to ask questions so had to get the girl off the counter to help. . Luckily the store was almost empty of shoppers.There was not much in the way of snorkeling gear though (that's quality) but cheaper range is fair for young children.Loads of parkingOpen till late week nights (which was great)
