Got SNS on my nails and Shellac on my toes and was really happy with the it. Ladies were very helpful with colour choices and produced quality nails! Definitely coming back and would recommend to others!

Your staff used cuticle trimmers to remove shellac off my finger nails and toe nails. You cut and peeled it off like a butcher damaging my nails. It was absolutely horrible and I don’t believe you are qualified. I have never been to any nail technician who does this. It made me so uncomfortable and was the worse experience to date with nails which is why you don’t see many locals coming to your store. You cut my toe nails horribly and made them bleed from the butchering you applied to rip of the shellac with the cuticle trimmers. So unprofessional you should not be running this business I hope it shuts down
