Woolworths Goonellabah became one of the three big supermarkets in the whole region after the recent floods. However, it served the community with it's full potential and wide range of products.In general, product range is good, goods are arranged in a systematic way to find out the desired stuffs, good value, large parking and friendly staff.Good place for weekly shopping.

Not a bad store. I mostly pick up click and collect orders from this store. They are usually on time and don't often substitute missing items which I prefer. Whenever I have picked up orders from other stores (Ballina and Lismore) there are often items missing and unusual substitutes.

Took 35 mins to deliver click and collect to boot on 13 March 2023. No one was aware despite confirmation on app, going into store etc. Took 1 hr+ a year ago. Poor processes, admitted they ‘didn’t even know’ the delivery was due to take to the bay. No apology, no nones cares. Disgrace.

The Woolworths store at Goonellabah is a considerable size with an extensive range of produce.The store is well located as it is nestled amongst other facilities in the local shopping precinct.There is easy access, convenient parking and the area is serviced by public transport.

Woolworths Goonellabah….. stop selling steaks that are not what you label them, porterhouse does not have a huge gristle strip down it!! And doesn’t curl up like kangaroo meat, not the first time either but now will be the last, Coles has much higher quality meat, a wider selection, and labeled correctly. More than happy to pay for a quality steak, wish more went to those who do the farming, and not cheating WW selling blade as porterhouse.

Need to sort the trolleys out in the carparks. Lazy people leave them as obstacles for the next person to sort out. The staff are just as lazy and don't clear the carparks. The staff walk straight past them when they are blocking the footpath
