These guys produce the most amazing sourdough breads. We are regulars here now. Good coffee and all day meals. You can watch the bread making process through their display windows. Ample parking spots.

Absolute best sourdough breads in Sydney. My favourite is the sour cherry loaf. I like the olive and rosemary loaf, harvest grains and the sprouted wheat loaf too. It's a real pity it's not widely available in the Hills district where I live. There is just one IGA which stocks it and even there I have to order a couple of days in advance if I want the sour cherry loaf.

They may be a wholesale bakery that stocks cafes around the country, but the Botany HQ is absolutely down-to-earth and has that local community feel, with friendly service. The pistachio raspberry delice was hefty to hold and I did not expect the checkered beauty of the the filling when I sliced into it. Delicious flavour combination of nutty pistachio and tangy raspberry, and very generous with the filling too. The cinnamon kouign amann was crispy and satisfying, like the pastry form of a cinnamon doughnut. Their sourdough needs no introduction - got the emmer wholegrain sourdough this time - best enjoyed toasted with butter and a smattering of sea salt.IG: @shazlikesponies

Stumbled across the great little find whilst heading to Banksmeadow for a meeting. Coffee and ham & cheese croissant for breakfast was excellent. Plenty of comfortable seating and nice atmosphere. Will be back for more.

Going here to buy sourdough bread twice a week. Best sourdough bread in town.Friendly staff and professional service.Coffee is good too.Sourdough pancake with berries and cream is a must try. They sell other goodies such as butter, olive oil, jam and sweeteners. Can be crowded during weekends.

Always a great place for a Weekend breakfast or brunch especially after a heavy night..Service is exceptional as is the meals. Although they forget 1 persons pancakes, they went over and above to compensate as for the delay in that meal as well as being sincerely apologetic for the delay.

Wanted to check this place out for a while and finally got to do it today.Did definitely not disappoint! Great food, lovely team, easy parking and the sourdough was so good I took a whole loaf home (and might have already eaten half of it).

I wrote a review for Artisan Bread, seems like it's the same place as Brasserie Bread. So yes the old BB doesn't exist anymore, there's new owners. What we experienced here was low key and minimal, no baking classes anymore But what was there was very good. We ordered a takeaway lunch, ate-in at what was formerly the cafe. Service was friendly, with good time. Food, ie toasted gourmet sandwiches, espresso coffees, and a pastry each, was delicious!! We wish this bakery well and hope business picks up for them again to match the glory days before that troublesome pandemic hit. We're from out of the area, but will definitely visit again on our way through.

Was ok. Service was quick and efficient. The Danish pastry was sweet and has flavour, but lacks the flakiness I prefer. The almond croissant and sourdough was just ok as well. For the price, it's ok.

Amazing Sourdough bread and Pastries.Brasserie Bread has a large range of Pastries, croissants etc. Coffee and soft drinks are available. We got the Almond Croissant which was great (I personally found it superior to Sonomas one). Also got the Pear pastry which had a chocolate custard filling and it too was great. There is plenty of space inside and you can see the dough being made from the large windows that allow easy viewing.Plenty of street parking available at no cost. Wheelchair accessiblePrices are good.Definitely worth a visit.
