Dogtainers Sydney

My wife and I just relocated from the United States to Sydney. Dogtainers helped deliver our doggo from the quarantine facility in Victoria to our new home in Balgowlah. The team was amazing to work with, very communicative and extremely professional! Would HIGHLY recommend.

Excellent service from pick up to drop off. My little cavoodle arrived safe and calm from a flight from SYD to CNS. They were kind and gentle with my timid fur baby. After this experience, I wouldn't choose anyone else. I highly recommend Dogtainers when you need to transport your furry family members.

Initial contact with this company was great, I spoke to Jordan who was incredibly helpful over the phone and via email. When I confirmed I was happy with my pup’s itinerary, Jordan said he was going to send through a payment link shortly. Unfortunately I didn’t hear back and after a day or so, I sent an email following up and still no response. When I called to check on everything the extension number for Jordan was going to voicemail. I then tried to call and speak to someone else and this lady informed me that Jordan had to go on emergency leave which is obviously understandable! But I would have thought that someone would pick up his work instead of just leaving it there. This lady that I spoke to informed me that she was able to complete the booking for me and I just needed to wait for the payment links to come through which would take 10 minutes. 2 hours later I had to call back as I hadn’t received anything. I then spoke to Elora, who said she couldn’t see much on my account but she tried to organise the same flights which was greatly appreciated. Only to find out another 2 hours later that my puppy wasn’t able to get on the second flight to our destination. This was so disappointing and stressful. I was told that my puppy would spend 1-2 days in a transit lounge which didn’t sit well with me but I pressed on and asked for an itinerary and quote. Again, I was told it would come through within 10 minutes but I never received it. I really hope no one else has this stressful experience.

Using Dogtainers for my long distance interstate travel, I find the service prompt with my requests for quotes, staff courteous and drivers neat, tidy, well dressed with vans and travel crates clean, well presented and easy to identify by the consignee/receiver.Thank you and regardsNarelle HammondKombinalong Australian Cattle Dogs

I relocated my cat for a second time through Dogtainers. Happy with how it went. My car boarded in Sydney for a week before we could pick him up. He looked happy when we met him.I did it use pick up/ drop off service so cannot comment on it.The service was qmuch more reasonably priced as opposed to other quotes.

Appalling and truly upsetting experience with this company who were recruited on my behalf by my transport company in UK when moving my dogs over to Australia.All Dogtainers had to do was a quarantine pickup in Melbourne and put them on a flight to Sydney and keep me, the owner, informed of any changes along the way!The rising panic and horror of being told at pickup that your dogs are on the trolly and you realise they are certainly not your dogs will stay with me forever. Where were my dogs?That was the 2nd flight as 1st one was cancelled. At no time did Dogtainers think it would have been appropriate to contact me and let me know of all these changes. No one answers their emergency number, they don't want to speak to you and sort it out just keep texting we need your order no. I didn't have an order number. My transport Co prob had it. I'd also left the airway bill no on their voicemail but it took persistence on my part to discover they couldn't hear it!!! But hadn't bothered to check in with me for it till I'd frantically texted them again for an update to the first cancelled flight.Thank god for the wonderful staff at Virgins cargo depot who located my dogs and reassured me of the flight they WOULD be arriving on later that evening and the fact we were only 20 mins away too with the wasted trips.Dogs have owners, they need to be kept in the loop Dogtainers and not treated so shabbily and disrespectfully as this.I will certainly not be using or recommending this company in the future.

I can not thank you guys enough for making this process the easiest ever. We were having great difficulty trying to get our dog back from Hamilton Island, being told the only way was to get to Mackay and go via Brisbane which felt like a lot.And then we were introduced to Dogtainers and the process could not have been easier. The constant communication was amazing and the care shown for her was so lovely and so genuine.Thank you guys. You are absolute legends...

My pup has traveled about 60 times, before COVID, you could go direct to the airlines. Now you are forced to use these services.On my 10-15 trips with Dogtainers, once they were 3 hours late dropping her off (the flight was on time), they also changed her airline without telling me and another time I turned up to the airport and no hire crate was there, despite calling the night before to confirm, meaning i had to change both my dogs and my flight because of the stuff around.No direct phone numbers to contact to get answers, you just pay extra so you deal with another link in the chain. Nice people but zero organisation and poor communication

Transported my cat from the Melbourne quarantine centre to Sydney. Every time I called their customer service hotline it was picked up by representatives that were helpful and efficient. Vee kept me updated from picking up Chestnut in Melb to delivering him to my place. Very impressed with the professionalism. Thank you!

Jay gorrido transported a beautiful puppy from Sydney air port to kangaroo Valley to me . a 3 hour drive. Jay was constantly in contact with me with me during the long drive, she even pulled over a let My puppy have a walk in the park ( with my permission). on arrival my puppy was well hydrated and he was so relaxed. Jay has a great positive attitude and a very clear passion for all animals. thanks so much Jay you took the stress out of the hole experience.
