Hours said from 6.45am. Got up especially early (on holiday) and walked 10mins .. not open!!??? 2 breakfast shops either side open... they say not til “around” 8.00am.. I have an appointment today... no time now.. change your opening hours on your website Boost Juice St Lucia!

The juices that are made fresh from fruit or veggies (not that frozen stuff from the machine) do not taste fresh. I have had a few almost off tasting veggie juices here. There is always a massive line up and wait. Hopefully someone will do something about the efficiency of this shop.

Drinks are always disgusting... way too runny and their measurements of supplements, sorbet and yogurt are always wrong. On the odd occasion when i have ordered a juice, it has been extremely warm even when i asked for ice. I am normally a boost juice fan but UQ Boost just ruins boost juice for me. As an ex-boostie at another store, I think all the staff need to be re-trained in how to make their drinks properly because the standard of drinks being served is appalling.

The store opens at 7am. The guy was inside the store and had the doors slightly open and it was 20 mins past 7 and still had not managed to open yet. The fact I was standing there waiting for 20 mins was ridiculous. When I asked the stores directly next to the Boost they said that the male worker had gone to the store room and was doing “stuff”.. if you open at 7 for customers perhaps you shouldn’t be hiding in a store room. Don’t go to this boost unless you want 2021 to be a waste of time standing outside a boost store waiting forever to not receive a boost juice and be significantly disappointed. What a joke!

Went here a lot (maybe too much) during my year at UQ. It's a chain so the smoothies are about as good as at any other Boost, so pretty nice. Slightly pricey but not awfully expensive. Friendly staff. Can get very busy during term time.

Closing hours said 19:30, I arrived at 19:00 and was told that they are shut. The girls were rather rude about too, I just asked if they were still open. Another woman came after me and they just ignored her until she walked away. Please change your opening hours on the website as it is very misleading and maybe make a sign that says 'Sorry, we're shut.' to put on the counter.

I bought two smoothies yesterday and I took a wrong one for my second smoothie. The staff looked angry, I didn’t know it was not mine at first but I still apologized. However the staff ignored me, and seemed impatiently. I apologized again but she still ignored me and talking with another girl with big smile. My mom ask: why she treated Asian people so different. I only could say: it was my fault because I took wrong one. Without explained I already apologized, even twice times. I want to say: thank you so much for being unfriendly at my graduation day, and in front of my mom’s face.

They always get me with the $5 Tuesday deals on the app. It's a good price for a large drink that is filling enough to act as lunch all by itself. I stick to berry flavours and have never had any complaints other than sometimes being a little hard to drink.
