Jarrangbarnmi (Koolpin Gorge)
One of my favorite locations in Kakadu - an amazing place. Not all tours stop here, try to find one that does.

Surprised no one has reviewed this place which is magic. Went there many years ago and went under its spell and would love to return.

Camp ground very basic, pit tolet bring your own bog roll.No swimming in bottom pools crocs be in there. Make your way to upper pools to get wet(third one up).One of the most beautiful gorges in the NT and not to crowded due to the permit system book 3 months in advance. Get your permit from Bowali visitor centre just ring make booking. If u love the outdoors/nature u will love Jarangbarnmi (koolpin).

Jarrangbarnmi (Koolpin Gorge)
Phenomenal spot with plenty of water still well into a very dry season. Easy walk up to both pools from the campground.
