Leck and Srey are a fantastic team. The level of care and consultation they provide, plus the service is unmatched. Such a good family style, close knit hair studio. I'm out in the city, but will travel all the way out west because I know that I'll be totally taken care of. Only thing I wish they could do is clone each other 6 more times so I can get a booking! HA!

This was the only salon I would go to for my hair cut and dye for 3-4 years. Alex and the team (including Ellie the pommy) had always been so friendly, accommodating and professional. However, recently the customer service and inconsistent with booking information had disappointedly left a sour taste. I am sad to say, because of this incident I will have to seek for a new salon that values their customer's time and business.I called up mid-September, spoke to Alex to book a hair colour appointment, Alex politely took down my details as booking for October hasn't opened yet and will call me back when it is. This is bizarre for a hair salon business, but okay perhaps due to the pandemic Alex operates differently now.I waited patiently 3 weeks for a call back from Alex, but nothing so, I called again today hoping to get an appointment. Spoke to a rude lady with no customer service and a condescending tone.She kept insisting me to give her a date when I already told her I want to come in as soon as possible. Firstly, I don't know your booking schedule and I said asap, her attitude was simply discourteous.Then, she said the next available hair colour dye appointment will be in early November, which was weird considering Alex said October was not yet opened for booking weeks ago and now the month is fully booked.I cannot continue to try make an appointment with them, when they are uninterested and disdainful.

Srey and Alex are both super friendly and awesome at what they do. Great atmosphere and very clean salon. Well organised so nothing feels rushed, cafe next door is a bonus.

Alex has been our family hairdresser for more than 10 years. We can't see ourselves going to any other salon to get our haircuts and colouring done. Noone is a stranger when you enter this salon. Whether you are a returning or new customer, Alex and Srey makes you feel welcomed and part of the family. Highly recommended!
