Bought a new drone from camera house and was upsold the “fly more” package as I was told it would be in next week. 5 weeks later and every time I call them I keep getting told “there aren’t any available and there’s nothing we can do about it”. Maybe not tell me a week in the first place?

Ian from Camera House in Bunbury really saved my butt today, I had a couple of photoshoots booked in and mange to leave my camera battery on charge at the office in Collie, not only did he have 2 in stock he went out of his way, to figure out which one I needed and he even charged them up before I got there to collect them. Absolute lifesaver! Thank you Ian, now I have to spares and won't run out of power again!

Great service did not have what I wanted. But checked around to find it somewhere else for me. Got some photos done whilst there shop assistant was very helpful in getting them printed.
