So many amazing tiles! The display format makes choosing very easy, all different sizes of colours are grouped together in the display so you can see exactly what your options are. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, I was happy to do business with them and would recommend a look if you're on the hunt for tiles.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I made an online enquiry regarding a grey external tile. The sales person sent me a quote. I then asked if they had other grey external tiles. He suggested I come into the showroom to have a look. When I went to the showroom he showed me the tile he quoted me and I said I didnt like it and wanted something darker. He then gave me a sample of the same tile in a darker grey. A few days later I called him to make the order. I said I liked the sample and would like to order. He sent me a quote that said 'grey' and I approved. When the tiles arrived the driver mentioned a tile was broken and to contact the store. Upon opening the box to take photos of the broken tile I realised the colour was the light grey colour that I didnt like. I called the Salesman and he said it was my fault as the quote I signed was for the grey and the darker colour was actually called Charcoal. I asked if I could swap them and he said 'no' I asked him if there was anyone else I could talk to and he said he'd call me back. He did not call me back. I sent through two emails with no response. I even asked if he could atleast get back to me regarding the broken tile and I was ignored. I ended up purchasing more tiles through Beaumont Tiles who were absolutely amazing!.I do not recommend this company. The 1 star is only because I had to give atleast 1 star. I am now stuck with over $500 worth of tiles that I have no use for.

friendly staffs and various products satisfied me! I visited many shops, but it was a good place with the most reasonable price. I'm planning to keep visiting.

Five stars for service, I want to thank Rohith for his customer service. He was patient with me all the way through. Even though I got a wrong shading of tiles, Rohith was clam and we sorted out a mutual agreement and everyone walked away happy. I also want to say thanks to Bydu the delivery guy. He was extremely good and looked after me by not letting me carry the tiles to help him offload. Very good and decent act. Well done for Quality service.

I went into this shop today with my mother, really needing to make a quick decision on a kitchen splash back. We walked in to utter silence. One person sitting at the desk and didn't say a single word. We had a little look until a second employee walked in and sat down. She slightly glanced our way and still did not say a word. It was extremely uncomfortable. After waiting to see what would happen for a couple of minutes, my mum with samples of the rest of her kitchen in hand, we just walked out wouldn't shop there again if they had the best tiles I've ever seen.

Of all the tile shops in Canberra (there are only a few) I found this one to have not only an excellent range of tiles plus everything else that you need, it also has the very best prices, by far! Look no further! As well as that, they have highly experienced and knowledgeable staff - my sales representative Rohith was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist me. Thank you, Rohith!

Very helpful, great range of tile trim and though I didn't spend much time there I could see a big showroom at the front. Prices are very reasonable too. I'll be back!
