we have had some work done by horsman plumbing and while we reported the mounting for the tap to be loose and they came back and kinda fixed it its never been right.Trying to get this fixed or at lest looked at again for a fair price i was meet with a rude girl on the phone and no help from the owner, they did not care about the quality of their workman ship or company name.

Called this company to connect gas to an appliance. After hours of stuffing around was told I had a leak somewhere in connection pipe. Was charged $1200 and told to rip up roof sheets to expose the piping. Paid the 1200$, ripped up the roof sheets, called them back only to be told whoops actually there's no leak after all! Then get a bill for 400$ for their time in realising this and I'm left to repair the broken roof sheets from my own pockets! No apologies, or explanation, just a cold email with invoice attached. I understand people make mistakes but at least have the guts to apologise and be gracious the other party didn't send you an invoice for the damage that your mistake cost!

The young bloke was very thorough and allowed enough time to do a really good job.

Absolutely terrific. Called in the morning and new gas cooker installed that afternoon. Kieran did a fantastic job, very professional and friendly. Checked everything and left the job tidy and clean. Would recommend 100%

Do not recommend these guys. They made a mistake and have failed to fix it. Choosing instead to ignore my contact. Will not use again.

Would not recommend to anyone. They cancelled 2 appointments before finally coming out. Had them look at my dux hot water system through warranty. They looked at it and dodged it up and 15 mins later charged me $130.The work that they performed I doubt would be legal or to industry standard.I will be reporting them to dux with photos of their workmanship..
