Been with Harbour ISP/Uniti Internet for 2 years now and have just signed on again as it's great!Sales service was really good from Keith originally and also Matt Celeste has been super responsive and offered me a great deal to stay.He really understands the value of a customer and I was impressed as soon as he contacted me. Totally poor service - main tip is select the new business option when calling them - always available - call for help and the wait is usually a good hour plus if at all. If they offer to return the call good luck. They also raise bills with no prior notice, so keep an eye on that one. Took quite a few visits from techs to get a steady service which has actually worked for the last six months but I am now quitting them over the unannounced price rise. With no call back to explain when they query was raised.

Absolutely hopeless. Billed the wrong amount compared to what I signed up for and just take the money from my account even after I have written confirmation of the cancellation of the direct debit. Not receiving the service speed I signed up for. Wait for hours when calling their support line and when you eventually do get through you end up speaking to someone who seems to have no clue what they are doing. When asking to escalate or speak to a manager they refuse to do so. It's been a month of hell trying to deal with Uniti and I will be reporting them to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman. Don't waste your time or money...

NO STARS review. Internet service is unreliable. Customer service used to be good, but they have changed and now it is a joke. Waiting line is minimum 1hour (if you are lucky), call back is only next day, 1st level help desk is useless, support via email gets lost in an inexistent queue. Problems are not solved and suddenly we receive a message saying the ticket will be closed in 48 hours (what? without solving the problem?).

Worst ISP I have ever used. I have experienced: Constant drop outs, Poor Customer Service, International Call Centres and +2.5 Hour wait times for support. Would highly recommend if you want to pay for internet access you don't receive!

Contacted support for no internet connection, wait time was exactly 2 hours and 10 minutes. Staff was nice but there was no real solution that came out from the phone call. We had no internet for 2 days with no updates or anything. To make things worse, I sent them an email to cancel my service to simply get a response saying that I have to call them again. Compares to other providers that call wait time is usually around 10-30 minutes, I would not recommend Uniti until they resolve this communication issue.

Was a Fuzenet customer that got taken over by Uniti. Since then I've had issues with my business account. Trying to get in touch with their business support team is beyond a joke. Over an hour on hold and still no one picks up the call, got through once and was transferred with then no one answering the call. Emailed them because I can't wait on the phone forever, it's been 2 days and still no repsonse. This ISP is beyond terrible. Will definitely look to change providers.

I would strongly discourage anyone from using this internet provider as they are the worst. They only provide false promises and commitments without delivering anything. Moreover, despite claiming to address issues, they neither follow up with a phone call nor send an email confirmation. Their sole intention seems to be defrauding people. They are undoubtedly the worst internet provider. I have been attempting to contact them for the past 30 days, but there has been no resolution, callback, or any form of communication, except for a fraudulent bill they sent.

Horrible customer service and policies in the company.Was on hold over an hour and half when I wanted to cancel my line as I moved out. You also need to give 30 days notice for canceling internet which is a ridiculous policy for an internet service.The overall experience is terrible. I do not recommend whatsoever

Whatever you do don't give your business to this company. In the last 9 months I have been offline with no NBN for almost a month. Run well you can, otherwise you'll be on a call for numerous days trying to talk to someone.Pay the extra $5 a month for piece of mind elsewhere.
